Went for our first visit to this chip shop. On entering the lady behind the counter did not smile, look at me or even say hello and in fact barely said a word other than yes and the price. Super delicious fish and chips and beautiful people who run it.
Quality fish chips with muddy peas (yummy)! Appropriate prices for high quality food and friendly staff. 5 star food hygiene... the best in the city.
We took coke and chips out of here today. The service was friendly and the fish and chips were freshly cooked. You were very tasty what you could ask.

read moreDespite mixed reviews, this vintage Fish and Chip shop in Dover seems to have won over the hearts of many patrons. While some have commented on inconsistent quality and service, others have praised the friendly staff and delicious food. The atmosphere is described as charming and welcoming, with favorite menu items including plaice and the chips. While not without its flaws, this chip shop seems to have a loyal fan base that keeps coming back for more. Vintage décor and warm service add character to this hidden gem in Dover, making it a must-visit for fish and chip enthusiasts.
