The food at this restaurant is exceptional, but their business hours are inconsistent and are not posted anywhere. I attempted to place an order last Saturday night, but no one answered the phone. It’s hard to believe a restaurant would be closed on a Saturday night. We enjoy supporting local eateries, but it's challenging to do so when their hours are unreliable or uncommunicated. The owner is incredibly friendly, and the food is outstanding.
The meal was incredibly tasty, reminiscent of a home-cooked dish, and the overall dining experience was exceptional.
They're new, full of enthusiasm, and centered around family, which makes them a great addition to Dousman. Most importantly, they offer delicious, authentic Southern cooking. You'll find a diverse selection of perfectly fried dishes that are breaded, seasoned, and cooked to perfection. Preparing fresh fish with such skill is truly an art. - Gary Z
