The store was running good until this morning not sure what's going on. Ordered bacon and egg bites and a large coffee and waited almost 15 minutes for it in the drive-thru. I hope it's not going the way of the Exeter store which is in abysmal failure. View all feedback.

So inconsistent. Wish there was a Starbucks nearby!

Worst customer service. The managers don't care and rude,this place is inconsistent with its food and drinks. This place has opened my eyes to how much better starbuck is. Hopefully one day this will hire competent managers.
Rude staff and never get an order right. If you order frozen coffee it will be melted. Order flavors you won't get them. Bacon on toast will be next to nothing. Looked like 5 pieces of bacon bits.
