The manager was exceptionally kind and fully addressed my order issue. They exceeded my expectations to make sure I was happy!
I'm not sure why Domino's has such a negative reputation. You know exactly what to expect when you order from them: good pizza at a reasonable price, delivered hot and cheesy right to your door. This isn't gourmet pizza, but it makes for a quick and convenient meal.
--- I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of our local Domino’s over the past year, which is why I felt compelled to write this review. They seem to be cutting corners; my recent pizza had virtually no sauce, and the cheese was nearly nonexistent. When I called to address this issue, the manager outright called me a liar and accused me of trying to get free pizza. I never requested a refund, but after experiencing missing toppings three times in a row, I decided to reach out. I really wanted to support a local business, but my family has since moved on to a different pizza place. Just a warning to potential customers!
During my visit, I observed that the staff were not wearing gloves. One employee frequently touched his beard before making pizzas, which I found quite unappetizing. Additionally, I noticed another worker with long hair who was not wearing a hairnet. This restaurant would greatly benefit from a health department inspection as soon as possible.
Last week, I ordered a large pizza without cheese and was charged $16.00. This week, I noticed that the same pizza only cost me $8.00. When I asked about the price difference, I learned that I missed out on a special promotion last week because the person who took my order was new and didn’t know the proper pricing. Given the circumstances, I feel that I should have received a refund or at the very least, a complimentary pizza for my previous order. I don’t mean to be difficult, but I believe in the importance of fair treatment.
