I had a disappointing experience at Casey's tonight. The staff member I interacted with was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to finding the items I requested from the poorly stocked coolers. When I pointed out that they had what I was looking for earlier in the evening, she gave me a disapproving look. Unfortunately, only a few staff members appeared genuinely interested in assisting customers. Because of this experience, I’ve decided not to return; I’d rather go somewhere else for drinks than waste my time here. If I could rate this review negatively, I would. Even the manager was unhelpful, spending most of her time in the office instead of assisting with stocking or helping customers at the register.
The woman at the register was extremely rude, which has made me reluctant to use Casey's for food in the future. I wish there were some accountability for her behavior, similar to what employees at other gas stations experience. It's simply unacceptable!
I stopped by to refresh myself and use the ladies' room. The restaurant is nice and relatively new, featuring spacious and clean restrooms. They offer a kitchen where you can order pizza and sandwiches, and the checkout process is quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend this place.
I visit Casey's several times a week, but I’m always let down. The bathrooms are consistently dirty and never smell fresh. The staff often seem more focused on chatting than helping customers, cleaning, or restocking. This place desperately needs new management, and the employees should be reassessed, retrained, or replaced. Since nothing has improved, I’ve even included photos of the bathroom this time. Additionally, the windshield squeegees are all bent, making it impossible to clear the water properly. There’s no cleaner available—just trash and plain water in the washer reservoir. This restaurant really needs new management and staff!
I've noticed a significant decline at Casey's during my recent visits. The menu options seem less appealing, and customer service has dropped noticeably. There’s no receipt paper at the pumps, and I always have to ask for a bag and a receipt at the register, where the employees act as if they’re bothered by the request. The trash bins by the pumps are overflowing and emit a terrible odor, while the windshield cleaning solution provided is unpleasant to use. Casey's really went downhill since Richard left. I won’t be coming back until they improve cleanliness and hire more capable staff. Sincerely, a very frustrated customer.
