Genuinely first-class Indian food, in my view by far the best on the Island. Many unusual dishes, some with a flavour more delicate than is generally on offer. Charming service and sensible prices, clean loos and easy parking; I can't recommend the place highly enough.

Just had the pleasure to eat here. The service from the moment we walked through the door was exceptional, the staff were quick, and ultra polite. The food, wonderful, nice choice of dishes, including some Southern Indian dishes which aren’t always easy to come by. I had many great curries in my life, but the chicken Ktikka Madras, which I had in the Royal India, was without a shadow of a doubt the best ever. You should be a maniac to visit Peel and not eat in Royal India. It's a taste.
