Absolutely amazing experience! The staff is fantastic. I went shopping with my grandsons, and a team member offered to take them to the free classes while I inquired about products. We actually returned so my youngest grandson could participate in one of the classes; he enjoyed it so much that he wanted to stay longer, but we had to leave.
They provide the Apple experience that everyone is familiar with and appreciates: friendly and professional staff, minimal waiting time, and a seamless shopping experience. However, this visit had more rules than usual, which created some unnecessary friction. For instance, I wasn’t allowed to accompany my friend to his Genius appointment. On another occasion, they asked us specifically what one of us was planning to purchase. I would appreciate it if they could be a bit more relaxed.
The restaurant is located on a major street, making it convenient to access shopping, dining, and train stations. The staff at the genius bar is very friendly. Unfortunately, they weren't able to fix my phone and essentially repeated the troubleshooting steps I had already attempted at home, which involved resolving the issue of the Apple logo being stuck in an endless loop.
