I discovered a hair in my chicken fries at this restaurant. When I tried to address it with someone, they hung up on me. When I called back, they stopped responding. A food inspector needs to visit this place to investigate what is happening. View all feedback.
I have had consistently bad experiences at this restaurant - they always get my order wrong, only take cash at night, and the lady Maria at the drive-thru is rude. Because of these issues, I have stopped going except in the mornings when things are better. The app also doesn't work at this location. While you can't control prices, the food is not worth it when compared to other fast food options like Carl's Jr or McDonald's. With so much competition, especially in Douglas, I recommend going elsewhere. Overall rating: 1 star.
