After you have tried a bunch, you begin to have an opinion about what makes a particularly good one. Almost everyone is kind as you would expect in a small... restaurant that refreshes trading. But if there is a special emphasis on quality local ingredients, a clientele that is mainly locals and a craftsman (or craftsman) on the stove, it can all come together to lead to a superior meal. This is the case here, this restaurant is a holder. They are proud to offer salad green from their own garden; the cedar is of high quality and the crepes are crisp and tasty. We're not experts yet, but we're in the interim phase. Bravo. The atmosphere is informal, but comfortable with nautical scenes on the table, paper napkins and an old and domestic building on the narrow road down to the port. An address that remembers.
