Slow service with not care in the world!!!Was told order would be ready in 9 mins and 49 mins and 8 cars moved through the drive through before we got cold food.
I wanted to share my thoughts on this restaurant after visiting twice—once last year and again a few weeks ago. The staff at both times were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always smiling as if they were genuinely happy to be there. It was a wonderful experience! This level of customer care is rare, and I've only encountered such outstanding service at a few places before. Overall, I can confidently say that this restaurant's service is exceptional!
I am very satisfied with this facility and the workers there were very professional and swift with preparing my order.
Really like their Zaxby Southeast salad.
In my opinion this is the best Zaxby's in the wiregrass! They are friendly, their food is fresh and they work well to get it out in a timely manner.
