Dothan's top spot for petit fours, cupcakes, cookies, and more. Our family has been getting cakes from them for years and we always make sure to stop by whenever we have a sweet tooth.
I had a terrible experience trying to order a birthday cake for my daughter. The woman who took our order on the phone was rude and didn't pay attention to us. When we went to pick it up, it was completely wrong. They said they couldn't fix it until the next day, but today is my daughter's birthday. The cake looked like something I could have made at home, and I'm not good at baking. This local establishment put forth a pitiful effort, and I am very disappointed.
I have been a loyal customer of Rollens for a while now, but after today's experience, I have no intention of returning. The staff was incredibly rude!
These are delicious!
Quick, polite, and knowledgeable service. Got all of our favorite treats. There is now a 4% charge on using a card for payment, and I don't mind.
