I went out of my way for about 10 minutes to visit this restaurant. On August 30, 2022, at 10:52 AM, I placed a takeaway order (ticket #1782) for four five-layer burritos, repeating my request at least three times at the drive-thru. The woman taking my order, described as light-skinned with a scar on her face and identified on the receipt as Marissa, didn’t confirm my order until I reached the window. When I reminded her that I had ordered four burritos—one for each of my kids—she insisted that I had not and claimed that I wasn't allowed to add any items at the window. It’s important to note that I was the only customer at the drive-thru during my entire visit, so there was no rush. It felt as though she was suggesting I should go around and reorder because of her oversight. I pointed out that she should have confirmed my order at the speaker instead of waiting until I got to the window, but she didn’t take responsibility for her mistake and maintained an unnecessarily rude attitude the whole time. As a result, I had to stop at McDonald’s to get something for my other two kids. A kind gentleman, a well-dressed black man, came to the window to listen to my complaint and asked how he could help. By then, I didn’t want anything else, but I appreciated his concern and validation, especially considering that I was the only customer in the restaurant. Unfortunately, the woman's attitude left a sour note on my morning. It's not difficult to treat others with kindness.

Customers like me really appreciate outstanding service like hers. Although she seemed new, I believe she deserves a raise. I valued her positive attitude, and she was very helpful in making sure my order was correct. Keep up the great work!
This location combines KFC and Taco Bell, but unfortunately, our last three visits have been quite disappointing. On our first trip, they were out of beans. During the second, they had no bread tortillas. By the third visit, we were told they were only serving KFC and not Taco Bell at all. As a result, we decided not to return. The staff was unhelpful, and the management appears to be lacking.

As someone who also works full-time in the restaurant industry, I know chicken doesn’t take that long to prepare. Rather than cooking more when supplies are low, it seems they wait until an order is placed. Honestly, I’m starting to question how this place is still open!
The absolute worst chicken that I’ve ever TRIED to eat. It had a funny smell and tasted worse. I tried my damnest to eat it still cause I spent 17 dollars for 6 pieces. I will never eat there again. The one near Flowers hospital.
