Expensive to feed a family of five, and far too expensive to not get what I ordered. We ordered the 16 PC family dinner which comes with 4 sides and 8 biscuits. I ordered double potatoes and gravy and double mac n cheese. I got home with 2 mashed, 1 gravy, and 2 Cole slaws.Nobody in my family eats Cole slaw and it is way too far to go back. I usually check before I drive off but since there was so much, and the order was so simple, I didn't. Lesson learned. Hope you're not behind me next time.

I even drove by the front and saw one employee sitting down and another standing behind the counter. What a terrible way to operate a business!

They were so rude. I had a pick up order. It took a while before they would acknowledge me stand at the register and two different employees walked right by me.... read more They were so rude. I had a pick up order. It took a while before they would acknowledge me stand at the register and two different employees walked right by me. Once they did acknowledge me, they tell me they have no chicken. At 7:10pm no chicken and they stay open until 9 or later. If I could give this place a negative star, I would.

Today, I overheard another customer being told it would... read more I work for DoorDash, and every time I pick up an order from this KFC, they never have any chicken ready. Today, I overheard another customer being told it would take 30 minutes to cook more chicken! As someone who also works full-time in the restaurant industry, I know chicken doesn’t take that long to prepare. Rather than cooking more when supplies are low, it seems they wait until an order is placed. Honestly, I’m starting to question how this place is still open!

Dur... read more This location combines KFC and Taco Bell, but unfortunately, our last three visits have been quite disappointing. On our first trip, they were out of beans. During the second, they had no bread tortillas. By the third visit, we were told they were only serving KFC and not Taco Bell at all. As a result, we decided not to return. The staff was unhelpful, and the management appears to be lacking.
