They were so rude. I had a pick up order. It took a while before they would acknowledge me stand at the register and two different employees walked right by me. Once they did acknowledge me, they tell me they have no chicken. At 7:10pm no chicken and they stay open until 9 or later. If I could give this place a negative star, I would. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Kfc:
This location is a combination of KFC and Taco Bell. Unfortunately, during our last three attempts to order here, we faced issues each time. On the first visit, they were out of several items. During our second visit, they had run out of tortillas. Finally, on the third visit, we found that only KFC was available and not any Taco Bell items. Consistent garbage service. Always out of something. Always have an attitude. Always a pain to try and pick up orders from. Never taking another dash to here or ordering for myself from here again.
Love their chicken. Expensive to feed a family of five, and far too expensive to not get what I ordered. We ordered the 16 PC family dinner which comes with 4 sides and 8 biscuits. I ordered double potatoes and gravy and double mac n cheese. I got home with 2 mashed, 1 gravy, and 2 Cole slaws.Nobody in my family eats Cole slaw and it is way too far to go back. I usually check before I drive off but since there was so much, and the order was so simple, I didn't. Lesson learned. Hope you're not behind me next time.
Poor service, The food was hours old and under cooked. I wouldn't eat here again if my life depended on it. I worked food service for 18 years and never once served food like that. You all should be ashamed of yourselves for serving anything like that.
I will give them a , lady at drive through was friendly. Ordered a 12 piece meal and that's what I paid for. Got home and only had 8 pieces and the lid on the gravy was not on properly, so had no gravy for the potatoes. Gravy was all in the bag. Attempted calling store numerous times with no answer. I would not recommend this KFC to anyone.
When my wife and I went there I wanted a few pieces of chicken and she wanted a classic chicken sandwich. They had no chicken cooked so I ordered a classic chicken sandwich. We ended up waiting about 20 minutes for the sandwiches. They were not prepared.
