The friendly service and delicious food here are always a breath of fresh air. I made the mistake of stopping by McDonald's first, where I encountered one of the rudest drive-thru attendants I've ever met. After that experience, I told her to cancel my order and headed over here instead. The difference in service is truly remarkable. View all feedback.
What Cathryn Ziemann doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
they do not repair the salads as they want. if they have a question to take something out because of an allergy and put it on the side (as they pay for the product, how? on the side of the salate) they will not do it. I said they don't serve salads after 17 o'clock. since when?! huh fil a, what did you do with your polite attitude? what happened to a customer is to be treated with quality. pity to you! in all my 12 y... I've never complained about Chick-fil-A's customer service or food before, but this experience has been different. The only reason I'm giving this location a four-star rating is because of the customer service, which was excellent. However, the food had an odd taste, almost as if old grease was used.
Consistently great food and reasonable prices! It's impressive how quickly they get your orders out. Even with 30 cars in the drive-thru, you won’t wait more than 10 minutes. It's a fantastic marketing strategy!
The lines move quicker than you might expect, and the food is healthy. I recommend the grilled chicken biscuit or sandwich, and their yogurt is excellent. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly.
They are so busy they have had to hire someone to direct traffic, but they still have a smooth transition even though this place is crowded...especially this summer. I love Chick-fil-A and see why people always go back for more! We need another one of these in Dothan West!
Unexpectedly Bad Service if I did not like Chick fil A so much, this would be a One Star review, as what just happened has never occurred to me ever before, over several decades of Great Service. However, I just went through the drive through after filling up my car with gas next door, and the young lady asked for my order, maybe 5 to 10 minutes prior to 11AM of course I was expecting Lunch on the #1 Meal, I even asked for *TEA* (half half) but they gave me a measly Chick Biscuit and nasty tater tots soaked in grease. So, I just called and asked them, What time do you normally serve Lunch? I was told, at 10:30AM I asked why would you not ask me, is this Lunch or Breakfast? I HATE breakfast!, especially near 11 AM just insane!I know some will laugh at this, but unlike other fast food drive throughs for Lunch, they do not have *The Menu* staring at you when you are asked, What would you like? don 't get me wrong, the young Lady was nice seemed professional, but I just lost a bit of money, and whoever I just talked to on the phone, sounded like you could care less.Does that occur often? Why would you then not offer me the opportunity to bring it back to get what I wanted? Surely they are making a lot of money it would not have hurt them to have chosen 'Option B ' on that decision of such *poor customer service* or are they hurting for money or business at that location? Would it have hurt their pride or just something that, sorry sir, we don 't do that customer is always at fault there in that regard. Hmmm, so it seemed. NO Sir, we don 't ask whether you want Lunch or Breakfast! was all she said probably laughed after I hung up no, I was not mean or rude.I may have to avoid this place I suppose.
