I didn 't ask for another table because my daughter told me not... read more We were sat at a table with food and drink under it (there were several other tables available. I didn 't ask for another table because my daughter told me not to be a Karen). They were out of croissants and spinach dip. I ordered my steak well done and got medium rare. My salad and tiny baked potato were good. Service was very slow, server did not clear the table nor ask if I wanted my steak sent back or offer a discount. To top it off,, the waiter suggested I pay on the table tablet so I complied.. I noticed that I was charged for an extra steak. When the waiter came by, I stopped him and before I could say anything else he said I think I know what you are talking about. The steak? He said he put the steak on a split ticket and to only pay for the one.. I asked why he waited until I was about to pay instead of taking it off if he knew it was on there. He said he had to wait for his manager. Manger came out and also wanted to make excuses that he was busy.. I explained to him that if I was charged for something I did not order then the check should have never come to me for payment until it was taken care of. Only apologies. So unprofessional! Don 't think I will be back here.
