Unfortunately, we stopped in for lunch on a day they were unexpectedly slammed. Server was courteous enough to advise us it would be about an hour wait for hot foods. That's good info to have when on lunch break ????. We'll go back!

The food was mostly amazing, especially the Philly steak and cheese. The bread was tasty, but the Philly steak stole the show for me. I will surely get the carrot cake muffin again; it was moist and packed with flavor, and the cream filling in the center was absolutely delightful.
The meal was outstanding. We had to wait a little while for our order during lunch.
Consistently dependable, the food here is always delicious, and the staff is very friendly. The service is usually efficient, even during the rush of lunchtime.

I think I just had one of the best Reubens I've ever tasted. Although it took quite a while to arrive, it was absolutely worth the wait. I’ll definitely be coming back!
The curried chicken salad is incredible—super fresh and delicious. The muffins are simply outstanding; you definitely shouldn’t skip them. The service was prompt and friendly. Everyone we met was nice and welcoming.

I had a fantastic meal! The service was excellent, even during the hectic lunch rush. The atmosphere wasn't ideal; my friend and I struggled to hear each other because of the echo in the room, and it was quite dark. However, there was plenty of space available. I will definitely return to try more dishes!

AMAZING FOOD!!!! I really appreciate that this restaurant is locally owned. The dishes are made fresh every day, and there’s something on the menu for everyone. The hardest part is choosing what to order because everything is delicious! If you haven't had lunch at Basketcase yet, you're truly missing out! If dining in isn’t an option for you, definitely go for takeout! They do a fantastic job of serving quickly, and the food always arrives hot!
I absolutely love their grilled cheese and tomato soup! The blackened chicken pasta is amazing too! They have a wonderful variety of dishes on the menu.
This is a casual dining experience, but the food is good. Upon entering the building, you get your own silverware, a menu, and seat yourself. The server will usually be around to get your drink order within a couple of minutes from your arrival. Sweet tea is good. I like the chicken salad and fruit, but I am told the soups are good, and the club sandwiches with fries lso. Fries are always nice and hot. I recommend basket case for a quick lunch.
