When we tell them that they have many free tables that are wider and more comfortable, they tell us that they are reserved for people with shopping carts from the supermarket. Is it a good idea to encourage a restaurant area to be filled with shopping carts or does it only generate conflict? The logical thing to do is for customers to take their shopping down to the car first and then go out to dinner without any trolleys in between. As they did not offer us any solution, we asked for a complaint form and it comes out in the manager to tell us that if we have not consumed, he reserves the right of admission (when we had already been admitted and had been offered that reduced space) and denies us the complaint forms. In response to our insistence, he begins to yell at us and literally tells us Get out of my place . Then he turns his back on us and goes into the staff area. The least professional and rudest guy I have ever met in a restaurant in my life. I don 't recommend travel agencies or tour companies to take their customers to places like this.
