Das Hoesch. Closed - Dortmund

No flexibility in wishing to replace the couscous from the fish course with band noodles, the explanation the dishes are so prepared that it is not possible. What???? I then ordered the fish and a small portion of band noodles with pesto to fulfill my wish for change myself ok 6 € more. They've already looked economical. Unfortunately I was then disappointed by the food, it wasn't my taste very salty seasoned the fish not hot and very glassy and the vegetables for my taste also much too raw. Too bad I had hoped to discover a nice new restaurant for us, I cannot recommend.

Very good food, nicely dressed, portions sufficiently large, we were enthusiastic about the kindness and courtesy of service staff, food was served quickly, the cook understands his craft, it has made pleasure to eat in Hoesch, we recommend it more...Thanks for your hospitality. Birgit Rettig

We felt all around, a very well-maintained and beautiful ambience, an exemplary service, the food on the point and really very good. We were with 6 people, including vegetarians and we all found the right food for us. We like to come back.

We had a very nice table in the back part. The dishes were visually and tastefully excellent. The burgers are very expensive and not justified at 100, because all supplements have to be ordered separately and the chicken was surrounded by a parnade, nature would be better!
