They claimed there was no agreement and assumed we were no longer interested since they allegedly did not receive a security deposit. However, we provided proof of our deposit and consistently responded to all communications, including emails that confirmed the agreement and discussed the cake's pick-up or delivery. Following their email stating they would not fulfill our order, Vegan Wondercake did not respond to our calls, website messages, social media inquiries, or emails for 14 days. Adding to the distress, they refused to refund our deposit and are now insisting that we pay the full amount for the cake they will not be providing. Their lack of consideration for the stress they've caused us during our wedding preparations is deeply disappointing. I strongly advise others to seek a more reliable vendor for significant events like a wedding.
