In advance: we find that it is a catastrophe that this great local now has been restricted for months by road construction work in its achievable massif and this is likely to continue to be like this!We are certainly among the guests who have followed and experienced the development here from the beginning. you can already read about the long listing: we like to come again and again and have never been disappointed. in the opposite we have been often surprised (positiw) despite not less expectations.Ostersonntag was once again so good in the frame of a small family holiday that we therefore need to express ourselves at last on this platform.The self-baked brot with Balsamico butter at the beginning immediately made the feeling that it was right to book at rödels. the Easter greeting from the kitchen "Birder Cream-Praline rolled into pumpernickel", as a show in a nest of crispy teig stripes, has surprised us as a great idea for the opening pleasantly. from the seasonally changing, although small, but high quality compiled map, we had a five-speed menu, individually extended, tuned with a woman rödel, which, prepared by the chef (lorn rödel), has made all the guests warm. a very warm and soupy, the salat tower with wild garnets, the bark fillet (high quality of meat) or to the conclusion the crème brûlée with pineapple

Creative and ambitious cuisine, fresh, inspired and not everyday. the menues are all fair priced, the compilation succeeded and the matching weine (faire prices) are recommended by the chefin des hauses competent. man is the chef and he knows what to do. the card is consciously small and changes regularly. always worth a visit.
We were there in the back of the theremunder chef quintet and enjoyed the four-course menu incl. accompanying wine. the ambiente is very stylish and appealing, the tables classic covered. two fresh brots with bounded dull butter, as gruss from the kitchen a delicately melting gel from the clear tomato soup with parmesansahne. the buoyant meat followed on salat tower with berries, spargel creams with wild-catching cloves, roulade vom NEULAND-Rind mit Cutlauch-Kartoffelpüree and fingermöhrchen, the conclusion made the mousse au chocolat with marinated strawberries. it was all delicious and the service cordial and competent. Conclusion: absolutely recommended!
