First of all, the delivery took over an hour and a half – when I called to ask how much longer it would take, I was snapped at. His response: I have no idea, and he hung up. But the worst part was something else: I had ordered a Coke Zero, but the delivery driver handed me a regular Coke at the door without saying a word. When I mentioned I 'd ordered Zero, he immediately said they were out of Zero. At least I got my money back. But: he knew perfectly well I 'd ordered something else – he was just waiting for me to notice. If I hadn 't been looking so closely at that precise moment, he would have handed me the wrong order without a word. That 's just incredibly poor service. Any normal store would have simply said: Sorry, we don 't have Zero – you can have your money back or take the other Coke. But hoping the customer won 't notice is just plain unacceptable. Oh, and the food was only so-so. A lot of it tasted burnt – the hummus was covered in what felt like two liters of olive oil.
