I stayed one night in this hotel for work, very nice, super helpful staff, beautiful view, the room is the classic Venetian room but the view from my room is very beautiful, you wake up and it looks out between one canal and another. The cafe on the embankment brought diluted cocktails, not what was stated on the menu, and did not give a “complimentary snack” with the cocktails until we asked “Why?” Service: 2 Location: 5 View all feedback.

Stayed here for a few nights after Christmas. Liked the location, the breakfast, and kind staff. The room was pitifully small, and the bed was literally broken. There was a deep crevasse in the mattress, making it impossible to sleep well and causing back aches. My husband tried flipping and rotating the mattress but it did not help much. Not restful after walking all day exploring the city. Rooms: 1 Service: 3 Location: 4
