The staff could be much friendlier. You don't feel welcome at all. 3. Far too little meat in the doner... they're really stingy.

However, if you want to order from here, you should probably pick it up yourself. Unfortunately, you absolutely cannot rely on the delivery service; even if you order at a specific time and then two hours later, it sometimes arrives 30-60 minutes late. Edit: The delivery time has improved significantly since then; the order usually arrives after 40-60 minutes (at least that's the case in the next town over). I'm happy that I can now change my rating to a full 5 stars and no longer have to hesitate about whether I really want to order and risk a long delivery time. Thank you, keep up the good work!
