Sorry guys but this place is awful. I am actually writing this review sitting in the restaurant trying to push the low quality meat down my throat because I am so hungry. I almost feel like leaving it, the meat is that bad. Floppy crackling...(ie not crackling) and dry, chewy bad tasting pork. Like the headline says; dreadful. Hugely disappointing. Never again. All very good, a little dear the dish of the orata with mortadella. courageous dish, but unbalanced in flavors.
An applause goes to the boys in the kitchen, fresh fish and cooked carefully. would deserve a visit from the critics michelin, but first there is to improve the service, only a tip to those who manage the room: less apprehension and anxiety from performance and more lightness and professionalism on your own work. price related to the excellent dinner. Without infamy and without praise this place, the first problem is the disorganization between the room and the kitchen with waiting times that stretch out to dismeasure, the courses I found them more sought after in the fixation than in the flavors... account in the norm.
