I ordered risotto and a few other items from here and found the rice to be undercooked. Called up and explained the situation and Jesse who picked up my call was very apologetic and happily made me another one with a complementary garlic bread! Superb customer service, and the food tastes great. Thank you very much, will definitely be back View all feedback.

I was disappointed with the food we ordered (2 pizzas). They were tasteless, and the dough seemed old. It felt like a waste of money. You really need to improve! View all feedback.

I placed a phone order and arrived 25 minutes later to pick it up when the restaurant was fairly quiet. When I told the girl at the counter my name, she just walked away without responding and seemed quite confused. A couple of minutes later, another staff member, who I assume was the manager, came over and apologized, explaining that my order hadn't even been started yet and they would begin making it immediately. I would have expected some kind of voucher or discount due to their mistake, but none was offered. Clearly, customer service isn't their strong suit. The pizzas were decent, but I won't be returning.

I ordered the New Yorker spicy paneer pizza, and it was huge and generously topped. I highly recommend it!

I've had a bad experience with this place before, but since there's new management, I thought I'd give it another chance. Unfortunately, it's even worse than before.

Ordered pizzas and pasta for home delivery a couple of times since the change in ownership. Food was really tasty both times and will definitely be ordering again!

Over priced, under cooked rubbish. Ordered ribs and supposed to come with salad. Lamb ribs were inedible and raw while the pork ribs were cheapest cuts available. Never again
