Very poor service.1. They didn't have Medium cups so he gave me a large cup but half of the coffee inside.2. They charged me for dipping sauce and still didn't give me sauce, asked for BBQ dipping sauce and they gave us Chipotle instead, with the full attitude.3. Put cream in one of our tea while we asked for Milk.Stay away from this Tim Hortons Fox's

My order is always WRONG!! Or I find hair in my meals, even my coffee I had eye lashes 2x oh my list is huge with this location. I suspect that because it's hard to get staff for some reason that orders are always screwed up because always training new staff. I've been overcharged more times than I care to count. I've had my rewards ignored yet my points are of course gone moment they scan my app.As someone who has run corporation's as my career if I owned this location there'd be many changes within THs guidelines of course to get this store to a smooth running 401 truck stop which is only was briefly after opening. Since then sadly it's gotten so bad I'll drive an extra 45 just so I DON'T have to go to this location.I'm a HUGE shop/support local business person so I'll always pop back in from time to time in hopes 1 day it will be a rocking again with happy staff great service as it once was in the start

False advertising! Dive thur open 24 hrs a day! When I pulled up it was closed. So I tried to go through store front. Locked at 5:05am says open at 5am! No one came to the door!!!! So very disappointing. Won't EVER return to thus store.

Rude and incompetent staff... seems like this place exclusively hires foreign workers. The orders are never right. Today was the last straw. Not only are they rude to customers, the one manager who was running the drive through window proceeded to berate a co-worker while in the middle of serving me at the window. Didn 't even say Thank you to me once. When I got home, the drinks were not at all what I ordered. Maybe try listening to people when they place their orders. How do you get Coffee from the words Steeped Tea . Never coming back.
