Was looking for a smoothie for lunch and came across this spot. So glad I did. Sometimes you just need a refreshing smoothie and they had just the treat. The ladies in the cafe are super friendly. What Ali Essallamy doesn't like about Tropical Smoothie Cafe:
Extremely unprofessional, the cashiers seem so confused, they can not perform a single job and get your order. The prices were all messed up, and when you ask the owner he tells you “oh it’s supply chain…which I didn’t need to know” workers seem stressed out. I’ve gotten the wrong smoothie twice. I LOVE TS but this location…needs a lot of work.I ordered 1 quesadilla. It was made very sloppy like it fell on the floor and was stepped on. Got no apology for the young man who made it. So the other guy remade it and it looked better but it was partially cold… still no apology.Customer service needs work and quality of service.I will not be returning to this location
This ?? has u covered! Everything was perfect! The food, ambient, and specially the service, made me felt as if I was ordering it from the comfort of my home. Samantha and Sebastián prepared my ultra ?boost ?smoothies, better than expected, meanwhile Barbara was all gears on the Baja ??? wrap! Wouldn’t go to another Tropical Smoothie if it is not this one. Doral location, my favorite staff is Stephanie. She makes the best shakes. She’s fast and has great communication with customers. Love her!
Make sure you remind them when you order your smoothies with no sweetner... Nothing more frustrating than tasting sugar instead of ingredients! Food quality has dropped dramatically.Edit:Just no consistency/quality. Still get turbinado on smoothies that i pick up. Prices have been hiked dramatically. For a wrap and a smothie, it can run you almost as much at getting a steak at Longhorn.
