The Fatty Crab - Doral

The food was incredibly delicious and served hot and fresh. The customer service at this restaurant is outstanding, with everything we needed being provided promptly. The standout at this place is Adolfo, who makes the most amazing drinks. I will definitely be returning for another round of their famous Coco Loco.

Let's just say that the management at this location is incredibly terrible and unprofessional. My group of 6 people had a table outside. The host was friendly when we requested to sit outside, but our waiter, who we rated a 2, was just as bad. She didn't introduce herself, didn't offer water or bring napkins for 6 people, and didn't inquire about splitting our bill. The manager didn't speak to us or apologize for finding a hair in one person's food. We informed the waiter and waited to hear from the manager, but no one ever came. The waiter returned and said the kitchen would remake the dish, but there would be no additional service. When we left, we asked another server who our waiter was, and they said Tanisha. We confronted Tanisha about the situation, but she didn't apologize or take responsibility. She blamed the invalidity on a member of our table having long hairs, even though we all had braids. Tanisha let her bartender speak for her instead of addressing the situation herself. It was unacceptable that she didn't apologize for the hair incident and the poor service. I would not recommend this restaurant in Houston based on the awful experience we had in Miami. They are terrible.

The food and service were both excellent. The one thing to note is that if you're ordering seafood, it's best to sit inside as the flies outside can be a nuisance. Despite that, this restaurant is a great dining option. The alcoholic drinks are delicious and they also offer Hookah.

Amazing place for my first time the service and the food were great! The service was great Andy are server was all but fantastic in the way he always made sure we were taken care of if the wife loved it there are no complaints bathroom as well very clean, will come back again for seconds

Food was very oily and overall there was a sense of dirtiness. Tables were covered in dishes and trays and trash, both inside and outside. Perhaps they are understaffed but the ambiance looks really bad and probably turns everyone off to eat amongst all the mess
