I had the worst experience with customer service! They continued to charge me after I canceled. A few months ago, I ordered a meal service for my elderly mother. When I canceled the weekly service a few weeks back, they promised to refund the last two days. Instead, they ended up charging her credit card for an additional two weeks and kept sending food that she disliked. I only discovered the issue when I found over 35 containers in her refrigerator. I've spoken to a representative named Karen more than a dozen times; she insists that the refund is on the way but refuses to let me speak with a supervisor or manager, always claiming they're "out of the office" and that she doesn't know their names. It's been over three weeks now, and I still haven't received the refund.
The food was overly salty, and the portions were very small for the price. It felt too expensive for what was offered.
I was charged for a service that was never provided, and the staff failed to acknowledge or rectify this mistake. My encounters with them only served to underscore their rudeness. Trust and respect are essential in any business-customer relationship, and sadly, I found neither here. My experience suggests that major improvements are needed in both customer service and business ethics. Until those changes occur, I cannot recommend this restaurant to others.
First delivery day to receive from Shape Lovers and the driver delivered to the wrong address. The staff wanted me to go Pick up the food at the wrong address. No way!! I paid 4 delivery not their driver's mistake. They said they will give me credit in 5 to 10 days to my acct. I will be following up very closely.
