Last time I was here, it was before the pandemic. Things have been quiet since then. This moes seems more packed than the other shop in Doral. The same food. The location is near the shopping center and across the street (107.) of best buy. no school so It has a mature amount. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Moe's Southwest Grill:
Horribler customer service. And refused to cook my tortillas. Learn some skills with customers. Who wants to eat raw tortillas. And then the employee had the nerve to turn around and ask the other employee, we are able to heat tortillas. I just left and I'll never come back here after I'm 7 years old. I found a better place. While staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean, the food is not that good. It lacks a lot of flavor. The rice, beans, and meats are incredibly under seasoned. I also don?t like how they put your bowl together in compartments. Overall I would notget this again based on the quality severely lacking.
Moe's Southwest Grill is great! I love their serving sizes, high-quality ingredients, and affordability. The food is amazing, the restaurant is clean, and the free salsas are delicious. Please check them out!
I was supposed to receive a refund for an incorrect order that I never received. I was a loyal and regular customer up until now. When I contact their so called customer service it is like talking to a brick wall they never respond. The manager at thislocation promised I would get a refund that I never received. I surely won't be back and I'm very disappointed with theincredibly poor customer service from this company!

The location is close to the mall and and across the street (107th) from bestbuy. no school around so It has a more mature crowd.
