Unfortunately it was very cold and the restaurant manager could not close the doors to keep it warm inside. so everyone was very cold, bundled in dumb and skewed to stay warm inside. it made our meal sad. View all feedback.
We got there and they took forever to even bring us water to the table. The bottomless is a waste, margaritas were straight up lemonade and very salty. The food took over 45 minutes and by the time it got to our table the carne asada was cold on all the plates and the toast for the avocado toast was so tough to cut through it was barely edible. Had to complain to the manager, and yes, they comped our food (thanks to the manager who was sitting at the bar the whole time), but now we realized that they charged us bottomless for the girl who was pregnant who had nothing but OJ. The place is super cute and the ambiance is what you'd expect for a nice brunch but the service was awful. Everyone at our table has said that's the last time we'd go there. We were so excited to celebrate our friend's birthday and we left highly disappointed. Can't even say that the service was bad because they were packed because there were less than 10 tables in the whole restaurant being occupied at the time.
Love this place. Food is delicious, service was excellent (Thank you Javier), and ambiance was fun and energetic.

Unfortunately, it was quite cold, and the restaurant manager was unable to close the doors to keep the warmth inside. As a result, everyone felt chilly, huddled together and trying to stay warm. This made our meal rather disappointing.
The atmosphere was very inviting, and the server provided excellent service. Some women seemed envious.
