I ordered a chicken Philly without the bun and requested it to be wrapped in lettuce, but they told me, "We don't do that here." Additionally, the food was bland and lacked seasoning; honestly, it tasted like nothing at all.

I was kind of looking forward to eating here, never tried the subs before. But when we ordered we specified what we wanted and what we didn?t want? When we got our subs both were wrong. Had asked for one plain with just bacon and chicken because I?mreally picky (I heavily dislike vegetables) and the other without onions (she is allergic to onions). Both of them were givenwrong and once we told the cook what the issue was he was instantly rude and made it seem as if it was our fault but we werespecific when we ordered. But then again the cashier had his AirPods on when we were placing the order so maybe he didn?t listencorrectly. The cashier offered to make our food again but messed up on our order again. The chicken teriyaki came out fine butfor the simple one had cheese again, when we had specified to not add cheese.

I really love the phily cheesesteak I honestly go to the mall very often and charleys is a must do...
