Why charge 25 cents for a pack of ketchup at Burger King? Most of their food is meant to be enjoyed with ketchup, and it seems excessive. What’s next? Will they charge 15 cents for a packet of salt and 20 cents for a napkin? Restaurants need to be reasonable. I understand that inflation affects everyone, but there has to be a limit. Have ordered here before and it was pleasant, but unfortunately today I was let down by Leila at the drive-thru. I tried to use a virtual gift card I was given, and she refused saying she needed four numbers to put into the system. I asked if she knew about this type of gift card, and she said no. I quickly read about how to use the virtual gift card and it said to ask for the manager if they didn’t know how to use it, so I asked Leila for the manager, and she refused me saying everyone was too busy. I wasn’t given any options at all and refused basic service, so I told her to cancel my order. I left disappointed and hungry. It’s enough to make me not go to this location ever again.

The worst order 2 whoppers for $28 no no in the menu it SAID $4 and then they said we higher the price up when the menu said $4 and they said it was $7 so I cancelled my order something else and it cost $32.... Then they pass me my soda it fells WHY would they put 3 soda in a worthless plate when i go to budget king I paid $15 dollars ever time but now they are adding more money $32 I can buy dinner for thatWORST SERVICE DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE THEY ARE ROBBING YOU!
