I thought that was a really neat approach. But let’s get to the most important part: the food! I ordered an arepa (I just wish I could remember its name) that came with beans, shredded meat (which they generously swapped for extra avocado), sweet plantains, cheese, nata (similar to sour cream), and maybe a couple of other toppings I can’t recall. My first bite left me utterly speechless; I found myself wanting more. I must have looked like a complete weirdo, gazing at my arepa with heart eyes as I devoured it. It was just that delicious! I also tried a cachapa, and it left me in awe. SO AMAZING! All their arepa options are to die for. If you’re hesitant about having arepas outside your home because you think your mom’s are the best, you need to visit this place – their arepas are even better than what your grandma would make! And if your grandma and mom never made these for you, don’t worry; let Amaize amaze you with their incredible arepas and so much more! Just thinking about it makes my mouth water!

My only concern is about the GMO content and pesticides, as I didn't inquire if the corn was organic. There are options like blue, purple, and yellow corn, and I plan to ask if they offer the corn that's better for blood sugar levels. On the positive side, the beans were tasty, and they serve unsweetened tea. Overall, it was a good experience.
