What Ignacio Valle doesn't like about Alaia:
A standard bar. The staff are efficient but a bit on the moderate side compared to the friendly characters you tend to come across in this part of Donostia. There is a small terraza and some seating inside. The ambiance is pleasant but nothing special. Really good tortilla with kartoffels
Typical Spanish bar. owns of the same family for years. the employees are informed about their trade. the food they serve is cooked daily in the areas. they are famous for their Mega-Spanish-Omelette. when they look into the kitchen, they can see the owners cooking woman. another pintxo, which is really beautiful, is the gilda. made from green chili, Sardinian and green olives. the chilis are not spicy, but they have a tasty taste that blends well with the rest. everything in all I have to admit that I only have to eat pintxos when eating.
Tortia potato the best I have tasted flavor and texture
