We loved this place so much we went back twice. The service is great, which is a bonus for Spain. The wine list is fabulous and the food is incredible. We’re so glad to have found this hidden gem.
Beautiful little coffee bar and wine shop in central San Sebastian. The Owner works the bar and cold not be more friendly and attentive. Talked with us a lot in English and gave several restaurant recommendations which we appreciated. Serves Illy coffee, which attracted us in the first place. Great selection of wines for sale. Please patronize this local family owned business!
Stopped in here for a glass of vino and found it to be very good...had the foie gras plate with chutney and bread for 12e...fantastic...must have had half pound of foie...wonderful vino wonderful food...
Our concierge Stefonia recommended this cute little wine bar for some local wine tasting. She was right. Marcos treated us to some lovely local Spanish wines for a great price. We have been back 3 times in 4 days. The meat, oil and parmesan plate are fantastic, as was the tomato and tuna in oil. Marcos was very knowledgeable about all the different kinds of oils and salts they sell as well. We definitely have some yummy items to share with friends when we get home. We will be back for sure.
Stefania, our concierge at the Hotel Maria Cristina recommended this little wine bar for wine tasting. Nice selection of wines reasonably priced. There are 4 whites and 4 reds by the glass priced at 3 €-5 €. There is a cute little restaurant in the back. We ordered the cecino and it was EXCELLENT! They also sell olive oils, salts, olives and peppers in jars, and tins. We visited this wine bar a few times during our stay in San Sebastian and Marcos was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the wine and food.
