A Mano Pizza Dōu Lán Yì Dà Lì Pī Sà

In Taiwan, it's not always easy to find vegan options, especially at night. However, this restaurant was a pleasant surprise with a variety of vegan pizzas to choose from. The crust was crispy in the center with a chewy rim, and the ingredients tasted fresh.

This charming little restaurant is run by friendly owners and offers a limited menu with a handful of vegetarian options. They are happy to accommodate vegan requests by removing cheese from dishes. However, I found that aside from one pizza, there were limited toppings available once the cheese was removed. The vegetable soup, without cheese, was delicious and the salad was a good starter option. While I enjoyed the pizza, I thought it could benefit from a greater variety of vegetables, as it was heavy on artichokes for my taste. Overall, my dining experience was pleasant, although not exceptional. I would consider returning if I found myself in the area again.
