Main courses: The beef filet was exceptional—perfect in every aspect. On the other hand, the monkfish (catch of the day) was disappointing; it was overcooked, rubbery, and bland despite its freshness. Desserts: The white chocolate pistachio cake was a true delight—an edible masterpiece. Drinks: Speaking as a sommelier, their wine selection by the glass is impressive. The Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir stood out. Service: Satisfactory, but don’t expect fine dining levels. Ambience: We enjoyed a booth in the back, ideal for a romantic evening. Value: Mostly excellent, offering fresh food that justifies the premium price. Overall rating: 4 out of 5. Recommendations: I highly suggest Cedars Grill for a laid-back night, especially if you’re staying at the hotel.
