What LB6931 doesn't like about The Hayfield Fishing Shooting Lodge:
The fundamental principle of hospitality is to be welcoming and provide good service to customers. Unfortunately, the staff present during our visit seemed to have forgotten this. The unfriendly bartender is not suited for this role. What has happened to the Hayfield? We have just had the most lovely Christmas meal here.. it was beautiful 3 course meal, all freshly cooked for £10.0It has recently come under new management who are really friendly with really great chef top. View all feedback.
