Evolution has provides me w... read more Not sure if the staff rhink 'Please and Thank you are swear words or a foreign language, but I never heard them used. Food very dry. Evolution has provides me with thousands of sensory receptors in my mouth, which allow me to distinguish tastes. They also allow me to tell if something is hot or cold. If I say my food is cold (while I am still at the counter), I really don 't expect the staff to argue with me.

She looked across at me nervously as she put it back on the shelves in the food prep area then she came over with my order I arrived home to find in my order all the chicken was completely dried out and not edible due to not wanting the drive back I feed the whole lot to the bin a complete waste of £8.99 and my dinner . I will definitely not be going again .I think the management need to be looking at there cctv and maybe this store as I’m finding wouldn’t have such bad reviews /complaints

When the... read more This restaurant experience was truly awful. We waited for over half an hour and received the wrong order. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and there was no apology given. I do not plan on returning anytime soon and would rather drive an extra 15 miles to a different KFC. This establishment should be closed down immediately.

I love kfc but this is absolutely shocking food quality appalling all soggy and undercooked. As well as the gormless staff that can’t tell the difference between regular and large. Awful waiting times. It’s terrible. Do not go here!!!!
