Gave the wrong wrap, didn’t put ketchup in when we asked, totally forgot our order and we had to tell them, not going again
This is a great place to dine! The restaurant is clean and serves delicious hot food. The location is convenient, being near a shopping mall and close to the lakeside.
I visited the restaurant on April 21st and will not be returning. I asked a female employee for her name and had to inquire if she was okay as it seemed like the management was talking down to the staff and treating them poorly.
The management at this restaurant is terrible and needs to be addressed. I overheard the manager, who I believe is named Muhammad, yelling at staff members.
