Called in for a birthday celebratory drink with my daughter son in law. Decided to stay for something to eat which was very nice. Surprised to find that there was entertainment on, a female vocalist, sounded quite good and she sang songs from different genre's. All in all a pleasurable evening.

I've had some nice food n drinks in here a few times they do have live music on a weekend there is tvs everywhere for sport the staff are all friendly I will be back soon

My recent dining experience at this restaurant was fantastic. I had a delicious steak meal with perfectly cooked double cooked chips and a generous portion of salad. The steak was extremely tasty and cooked to perfection. I enjoyed my meal so much that I went back later in the week and once again everything was excellent. I made sure to send compliments to the chef for the lovely meal. It was definitely worth the money.

Stayed here whilst en route to them other side of the country. Ate some very good Spanish food on their new menu. The staff were friendly and helpful and the pub was really busy. This is a sports pub, so lots of tv' and matches. There was music and a karaoke later on ,as it was a Saturday night. The room was basic but clean, could have done with a bedside lamp and glad the music stopped at 11.45 as it was very loud. Unfortunately the room wasn't en suite, but the bathroom was 2 doors away. At only £40, this is a good place to come and stay if you are at something like a family do, wedding or similar. It doesn't do breakfast apart from a Saturday morning breakfast club. But there is a Sainsbury's just down the road with good value and tasty food. A basic, clean and good value setting.

Made the mistake of booking this for 1 night when attending comic con. Stinking, horrible, boiling, rotten, uncomfortable dump with rude staff. No point going into how gros it was suffice to say I would 've been dirtier if I had a shower. Ontop of the manky rooms I 'woke ' (can 't really sleep on the springs they pass off as a mattress) to a number of missed calls and a voicemail from 11.40pm which said this is Dale from the Beverly Inn we can 't accept you to the hotel because we found out you 're a prostitute now whether that 's because they left my details open on the laptop after checking me in and one of the **** heads in the bar thought that was funny or whether it really was someone from the hotel and a case of mistaken identity I 'll never know because when I confronted the old man who works there on the morning he blamed one of my friends who must have been winding me up . I 'm 34. I don 't have mates that wind me up by calling me a prostitute. To clarify I 'm not a prostitute. Just a woman who was with my fiance and 13 year old son whos only crime was booking this hole.
