Paper towel and warm water carafe (a bit disturbed). The plus: a hair in the plate. Sushi rice is too acidic and too sweet, too much rice for little salmon (which is not very fresh anyway). The nems are a little dry. I will stop there even if the list is long. Japanese food lover, pass your way.
