La Cadrega - DOMODOSSOLA

We arrived there with my Friends’ Family. They let us wait more than 45 min minutes. They just ignored us. I have never treated like this before.

It’s a Hidden gem near Swiss border more of a bar scene than a restaurant but a lovely place to hang out while waiting for next train to Milan.

Cocktails, red wine, white wine. Name it and they've got quality and a reasonable price . Pre-drink vibe is the best. It is just a stone's throw away from the square. Live music from a local band around the area and rich buffet with pasta, melt in the mouth pork ribs typical olives, dried tomatoes and many others from calabria. They speak English and the proprietor is very passionate and very patient to explain if you need some help in choosing the wine. In the winter they also offer good English breakfast.it is because the owner is a passionate cook and had lived in England. It is highly recommended if you need some refreshments speacially in the summer and nice red wine in winter. They also organised themed night including Asian cuisine, greek, mexican, Burger...etc.

A friend recommended this place and we had a very nice experience. The drinks were great. The food was great. The service was great. We will surely come back next time we are in domo:
