We decided to try to go to Shumka. They were very satisfied. Reasonable prices, large portions and very tasty mountain tea, drank 2 teapots. A serving of chicken skewers consists of a wing, thigh and white meat. The meat was well done, nothing red and raw anywhere. Very tasty red sauce, reminiscent of adjika. They were very satisfied. And most importantly no problems for my stomach the next day. I'm updating my review. The next day we tried more dumplings, manti and khychin with meat. Cooked perfectly and the dough is not raw everywhere and there are a lot of toppings, and most importantly, the meat was well boiled and fried everywhere and was not raw.
