While I was trying to get napkins, sugar, and straws, an empl... read more I've generally had positive experiences at this restaurant, but my last visit was quite different. While I was trying to get napkins, sugar, and straws, an employee threw some old donut holes at me. I reported this to the night manager, who advised me to speak with the day manager about it. When I did, she let go of the employee two weeks later; however, I don't think it was directly related to the incident with the donut holes. The day manager also offered me a free meal as compensation, but when I tried to redeem it, they denied me and claimed I had the wrong location. They kept referring me back to the daytime manager, but it was frustrating overall.

I only purchase regular or decaf coffee it's always made correctly with sugar, creamer, and a little ice. I think it's the best coffee. My daughter and granddaughter love the cold drinks.

Number two, this location seems to always give you your food orders without napkins. The munchkin hole treats seem to taste WAYYYY better than the donuts. For some reason their donuts have been tasting a bit “stale like” lately. The coffee was okay though. Drive thru staff was nice.
