When I finally decided to approach the window to place my order, I discovered that they didn’t have what I wanted. I had to pick something else, but then the employee told me that the cash register wasn’t allowing him to process my payment. It appeared that the manager had left a new employee alone in the store, and he was unsure how to manage the situation.
