I've frequently had to wait up to an hour for a lukewarm cup of coffee.

When I finally decided to approach the... read more I arrived around noon, eager to enjoy some delicious donuts, but I ended up waiting by the speaker for about 10 minutes. When I finally decided to approach the window to place my order, I discovered that they didn’t have what I wanted. I had to pick something else, but then the employee told me that the cash register wasn’t allowing him to process my payment. It appeared that the manager had left a new employee alone in the store, and he was unsure how to manage the situation.

With only two days left in the season, we thought it was the perfect opportunity to indulge. It’s a special treat we only enjoy once a year.

While I was trying to get napkins, sugar, and straws, an empl... read more I've generally had positive experiences at this restaurant, but my last visit was quite different. While I was trying to get napkins, sugar, and straws, an employee threw some old donut holes at me. I reported this to the night manager, who advised me to speak with the day manager about it. When I did, she let go of the employee two weeks later; however, I don't think it was directly related to the incident with the donut holes. The day manager also offered me a free meal as compensation, but when I tried to redeem it, they denied me and claimed I had the wrong location. They kept referring me back to the daytime manager, but it was frustrating overall.
