Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Dollard

We have visited this restaurant twice as a family and both times we found no one at the cash register. We had to call out for assistance each time, and the second time we ended up leaving without being helped. We will not be returning to this establishment. I suggest the owner communicate expectations to their staff to prevent any further loss of revenue. The employees appear to spend most of their time hanging out in the staff quarters.

$34 for two people!? Outrageous! Definitely not worth it! The staff didn't greet us and when I inquired about my soup being watery, the server seemed annoyed. The toppings tasted old. This will be my last visit. The prices are too high, the food is unappetizing, and the staff is unfriendly.

The cookie dough was terrible, served in small bowls at a high price. The lack of variety and the consistency of the dessert was not good. For $20, it was not worth it at all. I would never go back there for this taste. Save your money and buy a better dessert at a grocery store. The service was also not very good, with unanswered questions. Overall, it is not worth the price and I would not recommend going there.

Good product and great variety of toppings.Make your own frozen yogurt plate. Very very very high surprise price. Fun for children
