We went there today, I had heard the had a great breakfast, being gluten free we are cautious eating out._We were seated at a table surrounded by dirty
That is a restaurant that belongs to a gourmet food chain stores one in Dijon and one in Dole At their branch in Dole center you cannot eat, you can only take out. Therefore, they opened a large restaurant in a...commercial zone in Dole. The restaurant is in a self service style, but there are servers and you can order from the menu as well. The restaurant is new, spacious, beautifully decorated, modern and the atmosphere is very pleasant. There is a large parking lot as well. It was lunch time and we took the combination of first courses buffet desserts buffet for Euro and a pitcher of fruity and fragrant white wine . Food was excellent and with a wide variety. Service was friendly and efficient. There were things we didn't like: They do not refill the bowls that are almost empty, they expect customers to completely empty the bowls before they refill them. There are items more popular than others, and their bowls remain unfilled because nobody wants to take the left overs. It makes you feel you are in kind of competition with the other guests, who arrives first to the popular bowls. That's not the way it should be. A person that paid for a certain menu has the right to enjoy the entire variety of dishes without competing with other guests, they should refill all bowls the moment there is only a quarter left. There is no air conditioning and there are not even ventilators. It was very hot deg C about deg F and the heat didn't let us really enjoy the excellent food they serve. What a pity !! The food was a dream come true of high level French gastronomy, so many efforts and best quality ingredients did they invest in the varied food they serve and they did nothing to make it enjoyable in that heat. When will French people accept reality and understand that world's climate is changed and that they must use air conditioning?
