3f is a unique restaurant in several ways. In the evening, they only offer a four-course "table d'hôte" meal, allowing customers to bring their own wine and focusing on using fresh regional products. Despite the meal including a small starter, soup, main dish, dessert, and coffee or tea, the prices are surprisingly affordable, such as $30 for a host table featuring fresh fish. We were impressed by the hostess's attention to our dietary restrictions. The portion sizes were just right, and the service was relaxed, allowing patrons to enjoy each dish at their own pace. While the menu wasn't extensive, it was still diverse and intriguing. The bison tataki starter and parsnip soup were delicious, and the almond butter with vegetables was excellently prepared. The chocolate and blueberry dessert was a unique and satisfying end to the meal. The only downside was the average quality of the filter coffee. Despite some small flaws, we would easily give this place 4 1/3 stars, but let's be generous...
