Came here again this year. Middle of the week we came for lunch. The place was full by 1pm. The lunch menu is 11.90 euros and includes four courses plus drink and coffee. It is good wholesome cooking nothing flash, but honest tasty food. Would that we could find similar in England! View all feedback.

We stopped here by chance for lunch, on the strength of the sign out front offering three courses, plus drink, plus coffee for 11.50 euros. We were not disappointed. There were four choices of starter, one main course in this case a chicken casserole with dauphinoise potatoes and several desserts, although we were so full after the starter and main that we'd had enough by then. Service with a smile, and good value basic French cooking what more could you want! I hope we'll be back next year.
We stopped here for lunch the week before last. An unpretentious looking bar in a fairly non-descript village, offering three courses, plus a drink, plus coffee for just 11.50 euros. Four choices for starter, plus just one course for main left us unable to manage dessert! The food was good, tasty French home cooking, very popular as confirmed by the fact that the place was full of local workers. We will be back next year.
