I recently visited well on and was blown away by the quality of the food. Every dish I ordered was delicious and exceeded my expectations. The best Sri Lankan restaurant in Doha. If you want to try authentic Sri Lankan dishes. Please visit them. I would like to recommend their hoppers, Chicken kottu as well as their rice and curry (curries differ everyday. They update it on their Facebook page. You can find it even before you get there)
Worst Restaurant Experience: Insect-infested Food, Terrible Hospitality, and Unprofessional Staff I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at a restaurant that left me utterly disgusted and deeply disappointed feel compelled to share my review to warn others about the dismal quality of both the food and the service. When my order finally arrived, we noticed while eating discover a fried insect nestled amidst the lampraise. The revolting sight was enough to make me lose my appetite entirely. I immediately called over the waiter to bring this to their attention, expecting an apology and a replacement dish. However, the response I received was far from satisfactory. Instead of showing genuine concern or offering an apology, the waiter seemed more inconvenienced by my complaint. They simply shrugged it off, as if finding insects in one's food was an ordinary occurrence. As if the insect-infested dish wasn't bad enough, the overall hospitality and professionalism of the staff further exacerbated my dissatisfaction. Throughout the entire ordeal, the staff displayed an astonishing lack of empathy, as if my disgust and dissatisfaction were unwarranted. The waiters were inattentive, and it was a challenge to flag one down for even the simplest request. It became apparent that the restaurant prioritized rushing customers in and out rather than providing a pleasant dining experience. It is disheartening to see such a lack of care and attention to detail in a supposed dining establishment. A restaurant should be a place where customers can relax, enjoy their meals, and feel valued. Unfortunately, this particular establishment failed on all accounts. The insect in my food was not only unappetizing but also a clear indication of the lack of hygiene and quality control in the kitchen. I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. The unprofessional staff, appalling hospitality, and insect-infested food make it an establishment that deserves to be avoided at all costs. Overpriced and bad attitude of staff , not recommended at all

It is one of the best Sri lankan restaurants in Doha. Rich in taste, rich variety of foods, with buffet system. Special for endemic foods of sri lanka for breakfast and lunch at this place. You can feel the essence of your home here when you are away from your homeland.

Authentic sri lankan foods they can have it...appropriate prices and delicious spicy taste. if they have to try sri lankan delicious meal in doha, they should try this place.
Food was amazing , so sri lankan. They had many food options. Well packed but, the chicken devilld is more like chicken bone devilled. Was a lot of bones then flesh and i had to wait a long time to find someone to place my order. Felt like no one was caring i was waited.
Sunday lunch at Well On Restaurant Had Rice and Vegetables which consisted of Potatoes cooked in Coconut Milk, Baby Egg plant aka aubergines aka Battu in Sri Lanka, Dhall curry and Gotukola Sambol. Extra serving of Halmasso aka Anchovies with Malu Miris aka Banana peppers and Ambul Thiyal which is tuna fish cooked in Cambogia aka gokara and tamarind paste. Food was excellent extremely suitable to the palate not too spicy which is why it is frequented by all nationalities not only Sri Lankan. They also carry an array of snacks and desserts including the famous Kiri Panj aka Youghurt made from Buffalo Milk and treacle. This is a special occasion dessert in Sri Lanka and is a must at gala functions. Good food, courteous service by the staff. A very good job. Keep up the excellent food and service.
